Like any car, a Nissan lasts longest when its maintenance is done on time. That’s the simple part of our job, and it’s the part that saves you the most money over the life of the car.
Your warranty is safe with us
You do not have to take your Nissan back to the dealership for routine service to keep it under warranty. Routine maintenance can be done at an independent shop, as long as it follows the schedule and is documented. We follow Nissan’s schedule and you keep the records.
Common Nissan repairs and services
- Scheduled maintenance and oil changes at the interval Nissan calls for
- CVT fluid service with the correct Nissan fluid. Most newer Nissan cars and crossovers have a continuously variable transmission, and it does best with clean fluid of the right type.
- Transmission diagnosis when you notice a shudder, a whine or a hesitation
- Brakes, front and rear
- Suspension and steering: struts, bushings and wheel alignment
- Differential and transfer case fluid on Frontiers, Titans, Pathfinders and other four-wheel-drive models

Timing chains and timing belts
Most Nissan engines use a timing chain, so there’s no belt to replace on a schedule. A chain that rattles when you start the car is worth having checked, though. Some older V6 Pathfinders, Frontiers and Xterras do have a timing belt, and those need replacing on schedule. Not sure which yours has? Call us with the year and model and we’ll tell you.
One shop for everything in the driveway
If you have a question about our ability to service or repair your Nissan, call us and ask. We work on Infiniti models as well, and if you have other vehicles that aren’t Nissans, you won’t need a second shop for them.
